What does ThinkPrime do?

We are a UK freight forwarder offering smarter global logistics. We move freight by air, ocean, road and rail, handle UK customs clearance and give you live visibility through our client portal. We have operated since 2015 with offices in London, Newcastle and Thailand.

Where are you based?

London and Newcastle in the UK, plus a Thailand office in Chonburi. Together they give us round the clock coverage.

What makes you different from a large forwarder?

Dedicated Account Management. A named team that knows your freight, agile decision making and obsessive attention to the detail.

Which modes do you cover?

Air, ocean, road and rail freight, in both import and export directions, plus full UK customs clearance and specialist sector handling.

Can you combine modes on one shipment?

Yes. We routinely combine modes on a single movement with customs linked along the way and one coordinator owning the journey.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes. Our IATA and ADR accredited team moves dangerous goods, including lithium batteries, by the safest compliant route.

What about time critical freight?

We offer next-flight-out and on-board courier services for cargo that simply cannot wait.

Are you UK customs specialists?

Yes. We handle import and export declarations across every mode with clear guidance through post Brexit rules.

What is Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA)?

PVA lets you account for import VAT on your VAT return instead of paying it upfront at the border, a major cash flow advantage.

Do you have a duty deferment account?

Yes. You can use your own deferment account or rely on the ThinkPrime account to speed up clearance and avoid port delays.

My goods are stuck in customs. Can you help?

Often, yes. Holds happen for many reasons, from paperwork to classification, and we usually have an established pathway to clearance.

Can I track my shipment online?

Yes. The client portal gives live tracking with milestone level detail, from collection through customs to final delivery.

How do I get portal access?

Book a meeting or contact your coordinator and we will set you up. Then log in any time at app.thinkprime.co.uk.

Does the portal show CO2?

Yes. Carbon per shipment is surfaced on every job, ready for your sustainability reporting.

How quickly will you respond?

Usually the same working day. A real coordinator will come back to you, not a ticket queue.
